The airport at that time had two terminals A and B plus a ramp area designated for cargo traffic.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, the Houston area continued to grow and so did the airport as well as Allied\u2019s commitment to assist in this growth. As passenger traffic continued to grow and the dominance of Continental Airlines as the home base, the airport added terminals C, D and most recently E. These additional terminals were constructed to handle the demand for increased domestic traffic as well as international traffic with destinations in South and Central America, Europe, Asia and the Far East.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2735 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/dhk.fc9.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/iah2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"160\" height=\"120\" \/>Allied played an integral part in the expansions of the fuel system that supplied jet fuel to these new terminals via underground hydrant systems.
